LBO post के लिए eligibility का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा केवल graduation नहीं, बल्कि banking experience भी है।
Candidate को 1 August 2026 को निम्न basic requirements पूरी करनी चाहिए:

यह recruitment उन candidates के लिए खास तौर पर relevant है जिनके पास banking sector में Officer-level experience है।
Candidate के पास कम से कम 1 वर्ष का post-qualification experience होना चाहिए और यह experience किसी Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of RBI में Officer के रूप में होना चाहिए।

Local Bank Officer को JMG/S-I Scale में नियुक्त किया जाएगा।

₹48,480 – ₹2,000 – ₹62,480 – ₹2,340 – ₹67,160 – ₹2,680 – ₹85,920
एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक का Officer-level experience रखने वाले selected candidate को one advance increment दिया जाएगा।
Basic pay के अलावा eligible officers को applicable allowances, benefits, perquisites और अन्य facilities Bank की prevailing policies तथा banking industry settlements के अनुसार मिल सकते हैं।
Selected candidates की probation period 12 months होगी।
Posting और Service Bond
Selected candidate को जिस State के लिए चुना गया है, उसी State में service के पहले 12 वर्षों तक या SMGS-IV grade में promotion होने तक, जो पहले हो, posting दी जाएगी। इसके बाद Bank आवश्यकता के अनुसार India में कहीं भी posting कर सकता है।
Selected candidates को service bond भी execute करना होगा। Current terms के अनुसार minimum 3 years service की requirement है। तीन साल से पहले service छोड़ने की स्थिति में वर्तमान bond terms के अनुसार तीन महीने की Gross Salary तक, अधिकतम ₹2 lakh, payable हो सकता है। Bond terms future में Bank की policy के अनुसार बदले जा सकते हैं।

Negative Marking
गलत answer के लिए उस question के allotted marks का 0.25 हिस्सा penalty के रूप में deduct किया जाएगा। Blank छोड़े गए question पर negative marking नहीं होगी।

Local Language Proficiency Test यानी LPT इस recruitment का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।
Candidate को selected State की local language में:

Online examination में shortlisted candidates को LPT qualify करना होगा। LPT में fail होने पर candidate को Personal Interview के लिए आगे नहीं बढ़ने दिया जाएगा।
