इस भर्ती की सबसे जरूरी eligibility यह है कि उम्मीदवार के पास Law Degree और practising advocate के रूप में 2 साल का experience होना चाहिए।

Preliminary Exam के marks final merit list में शामिल नहीं किए जाएंगे। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य candidates को Main Written Examination के लिए shortlist करना है।

Preliminary Exam में Negative Marking

हर सही answer के लिए 1 mark मिलेगा। गलत answer देने पर उस question के निर्धारित marks का 25%, यानी 0.25 marks काटा जाएगा।

इसलिए candidates को बिना सोचे-समझे answers mark करने से बचना चाहिए।

Main Written Examination

Preliminary Exam qualify करने वाले candidates को Main Written Examination के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

OPSC APP Final Merit List कैसे बनेगी?

Final Select List Main Written Examination + Personality Test/Interview में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

अगर दो candidates के aggregate marks बराबर होते हैं, तो:

1. Written Examination में ज्यादा marks पाने वाले candidate को ऊपर रखा जाएगा।
2. अगर फिर भी tie रहता है, तो ज्यादा उम्र वाले candidate को higher merit मिलेगी।

OPSC APP Recruitment 2026 – Important Certificate Rules

SEBC category में reservation claim करने वाले candidates के लिए certificate की date खास तौर पर महत्वपूर्ण है। Advertisement के अनुसार SEBC certificate 29 अगस्त 2023 या उसके बाद जारी हुआ होना चाहिए।

साथ ही OBC certificate को SEBC certificate के स्थान पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

PwD candidates को 40% या उससे अधिक permanent disability का certificate देना होगा। Temporary disability certificate reservation के लिए मान्य नहीं है।

Sports Persons को निर्धारित format के अनुसार Director of Sports, Odisha द्वारा जारी Sports Identity Card/Certificate देना होगा।
